Dr. Doherty is an absolute gem of a human being. Everyone at this office are the sweetest, kindest, and most awesome folks I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I have pretty bad anxiety and they always made sure I was comfortable and did their best to ease my worries. Dr. Doherty is so body positive and doesn’t allow any negative talk. He’s also extremely humble. I’ve been trying to convince him that he’s the greatest of all time, but he’s always like “Nah, I’m ok, you’re the best.” Haha As far as the surgery, it went flawlessly. The results are incredible and I’m so dang happy about it. Truly life changing, I just wish I did it sooner. Even better that it was less expensive than I expected it to be. I put my life in the hands of Dr. Doherty and his team and I could not have been in better hands. I’ll forever be grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Doherty. Not only is he an incredibly skilled, experienced and knowledgeable surgeon, he is one of the most attentive and caring doctors I’ve ever worked with. He will make sure you are taken care of in every way possible. From deciding the best possible procedure/options for you to following up and providing different options for optimal recovery time and best results afterward. He and his staff are all so kind and lovely and will check in frequently to make sure you are ok and are available for any questions or concerns you may have anytime. Worth every single penny and more. You won’t find a better plastic surgeon in Boston.

I’d give Dr. Doherty 1000 stars if I could. His bedside manner is phenomenal. When I went in for my initial consultation, I was nervous about sharing my insecurities and what I was interested in changing about my physical appearance. Dr. Doherty was so kind- he’s body positive (amazing!!) and listened to all of my insecurities while gently reminding me that I’m beautiful as I am but he can make adjustments to make me feel more like myself. I knew right then and there that he’s the only doctor I would consider for plastic surgery work. I ended up having chin liposuction + radio frequency at the end of June. Dr. Doherty personally explained the procedure and all potential side effects at my pre-op appointment. I didn’t have a lot of fat to lose so he made sure I understood that my results may feel underwhelming to me. I appreciated his honesty and realism. The day before surgery, he called from his cellphone to make sure I was ready and to answer any of my questions. The procedure went super smoothly and Dr. Doherty explained what he was doing while he did it. I then received follow up calls nearly every day post-op and now that it’s been 4 weeks out, I still receive occasional check in calls from his amazing nurses. It’s only been 4 weeks but I can see the results and I’m feeling great. Dr. Doherty is hands down the best surgeon in terms of bedside manner and technique. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and I’ll be returning to him if I ever consider other procedures. Make sure you follow his post op instructions to get the best results! He knows what he’s doing.

Dr. Doherty!! was very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled that it made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision to get a procedure that was ultimately for me and my self confidence.
